Replacement Policy

Within how many days the customer service team will resolve the issue after looking into the Customers Issue (Quality related problem)?Since the product normally gets verified and delivered by the Mobitrend quality and logistic team 99.99 % of the product will in condition and genuine.Conditions Apply:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, you have to visit authorized customer support centres, as it is under manufacturer warranty for one year.
  • If there is physical damage while delivering the product, the product will be replaced by Mobitrend within 24 Hrs. of the delivery by prior intimation to our customer care department with pictures and proper evidence
