1).Order Related Queries
How do I Order Online?
Ordering on MobiTrend is easy and safe. Follow the simple 10 step detailed process:
- Select the item you would like to purchase.
- Click on Add to Cart if you want to confirm the purchase.
- If you are done with the selection of all the items click on Go to Cart.
- Enter details in the login prompt or sign up if you are a first time user.
- Once you enter login credentials, bill amount will be displayed.
- Click on Continue to pay the amount.
- If you want to choose any protection plan or special offer plan choose the appropriate option else click Skip.
- A pop up block will allow customer to choose an option between Doorstep Delivery / Pick from the store. (Door Step Delivery- Customer will receive the order through MobiTrend Delivering partners and Pick up from the store- customer will pay the order amount he can pick order from the nearest store available by simply showing the customer order number).
- If you select the Doorstep delivery fill the shipping address and select next. It will lead to the payment gateway, the customer needs to complete the process. You will receive the confirmation Email or message about the order placement.
2).Will I get orders confirmation details ?
Absolutely yes! You will receive a call from MobiTrend customer support executive once the order is confirmed. You will also receive an email to your registered email id provided during purchase process.
3).How will the delivery be done ?
It’s easier with this two way delivery process.
- Doorstep delivery – We have a nation-wide delivery available through our logistic partners. You will receive the order to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.
- Pick up from Store – Once you complete the payment, you amount can pick up from the nearest store available. All you need to do is to enter pin code of your area and the complete address of the Our store will be available on the page.
4).How many days will it take the product to be delivered ?
Depending on the availability of the product, you will receive the order within 5-7 working days.
5).My order delivery is delayed what should i do ?
We understand that situation and you will get a call to inform in case of delivery. We request you track your order details through our website or directly through our delivery partners’ websites using your tracking number.
6).If i am unable to collect my order,will the delivery be tried again to send my order ?
Yes! The courier service will surely make an attempt to re-deliver the order in next working day if you weren’t able to receive the courier in the first attempt.
7).What are Pre Order conditions ?
This might sound tricky but you have an edge when you pre-book any product. Once you pre order for the pay the final price, any change in the price of the product in the market will not be effective for you. However, in case where product launch price is lower than amount paid during pre-booking, the difference amount will be refunded to the customer. Any price changes are subjective to the update on lotmobiles.com. Other websites/online shop prices will not be considered in this case as price change. Pre – Order/ Booking will be considered under 2 conditions.
- The partial amount needs to pay as confirmation of the purchase and the remaining amount needs to be paid before shipping of the product.
- Standard delivery will be mentioned on the product page and will be confirmed by our Customer care executive before dispatch.
8).How do the customer’swill get the refund amount in case of cancellation ?
Be assured that we have a sound refund policy in place. Refund will be initiated by MobiTrend in 3- 6 working days after confirmation from you via an email to our [email protected] with a request to cancel. The same will reflect in the your bank account or credit card within 10 to 25 business days & clear-on-code will be provided to the customer by merchant/ merchant’s bank.

9).If i request for a replacement, when will i get it ?
You will get the replacement item once the originally delivered item is picked up. It’s easy to track the replacement order status from My Orders page.
10).Can items be returned after the time period mentioned on the sellers return policy ?
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to return the item once the time period mentioned in seller’s return policy lapses.
11).What should i do if i have an issue my product after the return period ?
Get in touch with the brand or an authorized service Centre of the brand to claim the warranty for your product.
12).How can i return (or) exchange an item ?
To return or exchange any purchased item, you need to follow these simple steps.
- Go to my orders.
- Choose the product you wish to return/exchange.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Choose the request return.
13).Can i know the status of my return refund ?
Yes, you can track the details of your refund from My Orders Page.
- For orders cancelled before the shipping, the refunds will be done immediately.
- If the order has been shipped, a refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item.
14).Will i be able to change the address for the pickup of the item in my delivery ?
Yes! You can change the address only if the new address provided by you is available to deliver. If not the address change is not possible.
15).How will i get a refund for the product i paid using cash on delivery option ?
For COD mode payment, refunds to their bank account is done via IMPS transfer. You can fill the bank details while filing the return request or a product and need to give the below details while requesting for the refund.

Mobitrend.in is secured with a host department server. MobiTrend is associated with CCAvenue and Razor pay and Payam with a secured payment gateway.
19).What is MobiTrend credit card EMI payment option ?
An easy EMI option is available and you can pay the amount in instalments of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months with the credit card option. Interest rates are applicable as per the respective banks.
20).How do i pay using the MobiTrend credit card EMI option ?
All you need to do is to choose the EMI payment option when guided to the payment mode. Select the appropriate bank and EMI Plan you would prefer. Enter the details and follow the prompts. Once the payment is authorized the order will be processed and shipped.
21).Wich credit cards are available for EMI payment ?
